Brentford‘s move for highly-rated young forward Kaye Furo has progressed and he the 18-year-old is expected to have a medical tomorrow.
As Daily Mail Sport first revealed this week, the Bees have had the Club Brugge attacker on their radar and he now looks likely to join the club in a move worth £8million plus add-ons. He would then go straight into their first-team squad.
Furo is 6ft 3in and signed terms with Club Brugge as a 15-year-old in 2022. He made his senior debut for them in August 2025, as a substitute against Rangers in his side’s 6-0 Champions League win.

How Daily Mail Sport first revealed the news of Brentford’s interest this week
Their interest continues the trend of director of football Phil Giles and his scouting team identifying young attacking talent for the Premier League, most recently 20-year-old Dutchman Antoni Milambo from Feyenoord last summer.
And the move for Club Brugge’s Furo comes two seasons after they did a deal with the same club for forward Igor Thiago.
Thiago was 22 when Brentford plucked him from Belgium for £30m in February 2024 as a replacement for Ivan Toney and he has been arguably the breakout star of this Premier League season, hitting 16 goals – bettered only by Manchester City’s Erling Haaland.
