Reece James has committed his future to Chelsea by signing a new six-year contract.
The Blues captain, 26, has put pen to paper on fresh terms with his previous deal set to expire in 2028, with the new contract aligning with the club’s incentivised wage structure.
It means that the bulk of Liam Rosenior‘s first-team stars are tied to long-term deals besides Marc Cucurella, whose contract is set to expire in 2028.
