Thomas Frank is braced for another Tottenham injury blow amid fears Lucas Bergvall could be out for up to three months.
Bergvall limped off with an ankle injury during Tuesday’s 2-0 win against Borussia Dortmund, an impressive Champions League result which spared Frank the sack.

It is nevertheless another headache for beleaguered Frank, who had only 11 senior outfield players at his disposal for the Dortmund game because of injuries, suspension, international duty and those ineligible for the European games.
