It’ll be tough to stay on top of the action as all 10 matches kick off at 4pm on Sunday, but one can try!
Champions League hopefuls Bournemouth visit Nottingham Forest while nearby Brighton host already-qualified Manchester United.
Relegated Burnley host Wolves, Fulham welcome Newcastle, Brentford will travel to Anfield to take on Liverpool, while Chelsea go north to play Sunderland.
Pep Guardiola can end his Manchester City career on a high note as recent Europa League champions Aston Villa visit the Etihad while Premier League champions Arsenal travel to take on Crystal Palace before lifting the trophy.
And most importantly, a final day relegation battle will play out as Tottenham host Everton while West Ham welcome Leeds to determine who stays up and who goes down to the Championship.
Our expert to beat this week is Kieran Gill – here are his predictions for the final matchday:
It is the perfect game to send off Pep Guardiola, surely, against an Aston Villa side that should still be a tad drowsy after Wednesday’s wild celebrations in Istanbul. Hell, I’d find it almost amusing if John McGinn and Co played with a can of lager in their hands. Sip up, boys, you deserve it. So I can only see a Manchester City win to bid an emotional farewell to their exiting manager, and that opens up opportunities for others.
Liverpool need to beat Brentford – and I think they will – to finish fourth. That would leave Villa in fifth. And then, sixth suddenly secures Champions League qualification for Bournemouth, who I can see beating Nottingham Forest as they too are sending off Andoni Iraola after he guided them to European football. What a story that would be.
It is an embarrassment for Chelsea that finishing in the top six can equal an invite to Europe’s elite competition and yet they’re mathematically out of that conversation. Managed by interim Calum McFarlane, I do think they can nab a narrow win over Sunderland to secure some form of Europe for Xabi Alonso to work with next term.
But the relegation zone is where most of us will be looking, isn’t it? The good news for West Ham is I reckon you win at the London Stadium against Leeds. The bad news for you Hammers is I think Tottenham also win at home to Everton, which confirms your relegation to the Championship under Nuno Espirito Santo.
Elsewhere, Crystal Palace and Arsenal play a game which neither need to concentrate too much on. Their focuses will be on their upcoming Conference League and Champions League finals. I’ll plump for an away win at Selhurst Park to see Mikel Arteta’s side crowned champions of England in some style.
