Danish Police have launched an investigation and are looking for a 20-year-old man with short, dark hair and fair skin in connection with the attack.

Djabi, who is from Guinea-Bissau, has made two senior appearances for Midtjylland since moving to Denmark from Benfica’s academy in 2023.

He played in the club’s Europa League qualifying round second leg tie against KuPS in August but has not featured for the first team since.
